The Law Office of Nataly Mendocilla, LLC
A lawyer who listens, cares, and fights for your rights.
I have resided in the United States, specifically in Maryland, for several years although I am Peruvian. I proudly served as an enlisted person in the U.S. Navy. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, I began studying to become a lawyer. First I obtained my bachelor's degree in jurisprudence before earning my law degree at the prestigious University of Baltimore School of Law. I started practicing law by providing pro bono representation to many people via the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services as well as through other organizations. Besides my knowing and practicing law, I also have extensive knowledge and experience in computer systems analysis and insurance. Although my hobbies are not vast, I love watching football and international sporting events in which the United States is competing.
You get my legal expertise and personal dedication for resolving your situation.
Criminal and Family Law as well as immigration proceedings require a level-headed attorney with the perseverance to successfully navigate the judicial paths. When establishing grounds for divorce in Maryland, you need a Family Law attorney who thoroughly understands both the laws and your personal situation.
When changing residency status in Maryland (or anywhere in the world), you need an immigration attorney familiar with the constantly changing U.S. immigration laws. And, Criminal Law cases are no different – you need an attorney – who knows when to plea your case or when to go to trial. In all instances, I uncover details relevant to your case and explain the steps of the legal process. I keep you informed of possible outcomes, both positive and negative, and plan for each scenario. My experience has resulted in consistent client satisfaction and getting anticipated results.
